On Tuesday ,Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft , showed his interest in exploring investment opportunities in the information technology sector of Pakistan.
According to ARY TV Bill Gates in a letter, written to Prime Minister Imran Khan, has expressed his desire to make huge investment in IT sector.
Imran Khan welcomed the good news and said that there were vast opportunities for investment in different sectors in the country, especially in IT for Microsoft.
ARY TV reported, the president Dr Christopher Elias, president of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, delivered the letter to the PM Khan.
The prime minister also thanked Bill Gates Foundation for assistance in the abolition of polio.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has expressed commitment to continue efforts for polio eradication and perfection of the health sector.
In December last year, Prime Minister Imran Khan and Bill Gates had a telephonic conversation during which the latter praised Pakistani leader for his efforts for eradication of polio.
