Temperature modifications and fibromyalgia

Have you ever realize that temperature inside your body irritates you. You are surely not the only one facing this issue. This problem is general for those suffering from fibromyalgia.  When our surrounding is heated up, our body absorbs that heat and we feel heat internally. When surrounding is cold, body absorbs that cold which makes us feel that chill. Our body is in habit of making itself warm up.  Each day temperature shows itself in different way. Body has ability to keep constant with these alterations of temperature and weather. Keep it comfortable. It can’t be normal for those suffering from fibromyalgia.

Deregulation in temperature

Modifications happen normally, but it’s not as much general for fibromyalgia community as for other people. Following can be some cases of it:

Normal climate sensitivity

It may happen that your body feels issue in regulation of heat and cold. Someday becomes too much cold and other day becomes too much hot.

Heat sensitivity

Fibromyalgia community faces problem in making body chill when it’s warm around. This can vary from heat sensation to any else.  This can be a reason of heat stroke.

Cold sensitivity

Fibromyalgia community faces problem in making body heat when it’s cold around. It can make other signs more visible. People with fibromyalgia can’t bear too much cold because their internal not accepts heat that’s why they feel more cold then other people.

Normal atomized dis-functioning              

Your body becomes unable to in synchronization of outside temperature. You may be sweating when everyone is wearing jackets and coats. You will always feel differentiation on daily basis.

Temperature deregulation has a simple meaning that your body has no feelings regarding your surrounding temperature. Your inner feelings is your outer temperature. Many patients are facing this sensation. 

Life with temperature Dysregulation

Very similar to fibromyalgia, at once treatment of such problems does not exist. You must made a complete chart of your temperature issues to show it to your psychologist.  Doctor will find out the disturbing element.

I was able to eliminate my hot flashes with bio-identical progesterone, which only occurred after my hysterectomy, but when they did occur, I understood very quickly just how those of us with fibromyalgia will tend to react quite differently to common “hot flashes” due to hormones fluctuations. When other women described their hot flashes, they mostly focused on being hot, very hot. In my case, not only did I wake up in a sweat, I had severe nausea, heart palpitations, and it seemed to exacerbate symptoms in my fibro. Household members

If you live with other people, you may need to find a middle ground between the temperature you would like to maintain in your home, and the temperature that others need for comfort. This seems to be one of the most contentious issues between a husband and wife these days. There are many ways that you can help your body cool down or heat up in order to keep up with your surrounding environment. You may keep ice packs or use cool, wet rags to cool your feet, hands, and forehead when you’re too hot. If you tend to have cold feet like I do, try putting foot warmers in your shoes or slippers. It is especially important to keep the feet warm before bed, as cold extremities can keep you from being able to fall asleep.
